At Aircare Appliances, we want you to breathe easy knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the appliance you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the unit in its original box with all included filters, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
